Woke up this morning by gale force winds and deck chairs flying round the site. A little scared or not knowing whether a cyclone was round the corner we took cover in the back of the van, weighting it down so it wouldnt topple over! This also prevented us from going to the office and paying on for another night.

We went exploring into the town and saw our first Road Train! It wasnt the 8-10 carriage long ones they have, but still a tad bigger than our average Eddie Stobart lorries! We then spent probably half an hour watching a seagull who just couldnt fly into the strong wind! Tried his hardest but just kept on being blown away - kept on coming back to try again though! Determined little fella.

Being a little devious we still didnt pay on for another night in the campsite, we instead, treated ourselves to fish and chips and waited until reception closed before driving back in!
