We left santorini and flew back to London on yes once again sleezjet. As usual we had to line up to put our luggage in,then line up to get on the bus,and in the end we didn't get to sit with each other for the 4hr flight ( flights with easyjet don't allocate seat numbers, so it's first in best dressed ). Hired a car at London & thought we would head out of town because of the riots. The navman ended up taking us into Croydon which was one of the riot area's. ...

Well today is our last day on the worlds most perfect island( eutopia) santorini. We had a very lazy day catching up on sleep, updating our blogs etc etc. We are very excited about flying sleezyjet back to London tomorrow. There may be a chance to get some real duty free shopping in London while the riots are running rampant in the UK.

Today we rode the quad to Ancient Thira the original settlement of Santorini. The ride up the hill was an experience on it's own. (see photos) We checked out the ruins etc, then went down to Kamari beach for lunch & a swim. The beach is different from most as the sand is black( I mean black and pebbly rock) but the water was still crystal clear. Had a drink at the Mama Mia bar before heading home round 5. Today is a new day but Kim is a little bit seedy from the night before. I really enjoyed breakfast cause I had Kims as well. We met up with the gang at 1.30 for our boat cruise around the island of Santorini & volcanic hot sulphur springs. The trip was a 5 hr cruise which included all beer & wine, seafood, & dive spots & the most exhilarating sunset Kim & I have ever seen, definitely worth the experience. Last night we caught our friends we met in Mykonos and had dinner all together and chatted about our adventures and laughs. They are staying in the town of Firostefani. We are staying in the town of Imerovigli at the Galaxy suites and spa's.
