So it's 3 weeks until we leave Guernsey, me and Joel have been planning this for ages and have spent the last year going out as little as possible to save as much money as we can for the trip. We've got pretty much everything sorted now, except for actually packing our bags. The plan, so far, is to spend a few days in Hong Kong, with a day trip to Macau, on our way to Australia. We land in Perth, and the aim is to explore WA in a campervan before making our way east across Australia using the trains, including a trip through the Outback to go up to Darwin, before ending up on the East Coast. We've got a whole year to explore, it's going to be awesome. We haven't planned our trip home from Australia yet, but at the moment it involves time in New Zealand, Fiji, Hawaii, USA and Sweden so we'll see how everything pans out. Lots to look forward to over the next year!
