I woke up this morning and went for a 5.5k run along the Isar river. It was 3 degrees, but the scenery made running so easy and fun. We had a nice breakfast at home - farm fresh scrambled eggs and bread, with cheese and sausage. After breakfast I went climbing for a couple of hours at a local gym.
