Got to brisbane fine. Was a long journey, only slept for about 6 hours and got off plane to stay awake until 8pm!! I was falling asleep as i was walking around brisbane. Its a great city and all that, but theres not a lot to do around here. A bus trip that was fun, a few sights. Saw the Suncorp stadium and the XXXX brewey. The hostel when we turned up looked like some sort of porn star dungeon/castle. It dodnt get much better inside!!!! but we are warming to it. We must have walked 8 miles yesterday in and around town and a supposedly 10 min walk (60 in all) to the local shops. So a lot of walking. Still we saw the man-made beach and also the GABA stadium. Theyre sports bonkers here. Off to Oz zoo tomorrow... cant wait then plane up to Cairns tata
