Loving it that you met the Neighbours 'stars', it looked like a very cultural experience. I can't believe you got to meet Connor, i'm sooo jealous.

Hi Chris - just been checking on "google" as usual hoping to pick up something of interest in my ongoing search with the "Smoult" name. There is a street in Melton, Victoria, Oz, called Smoult? How weird is that? Actually surprised at how many references in Oz there are to the name -does that mean we're all descendants of the "criminal clan??". Nan got your last postcard which she was thrilled about - how do you write so small?? I have to get my reading glasses out for that! nothing to do with my age of course!! Keep having fun pet - as your last friend hinted, work will have to kick in sometime!! Stay safe as always bonny lad - lots of love Auntie Caz xx

Hey Khal! Yeah we're all gonna have a proper laugh in Sydney! Danny's gonna be there on 1st I think, be getting there on 5th I think now, was gonna be there on 1st but there's a world XI playing Oz here so gonna stick around to watch that. Been a big day of action today, got up to watch the footy then went on a Neighbour tour. Did some sight seeing round the city & went to the top of a 55 story building - well nice view of the city! Proper tired now but wake self up some how. Yeah I know, knew it would be my Dad or Aunt who would point that one out! If I'm anyone to go by we're pretty bad a keeping in touch at times so not to worry. Take care n see you soon!!!!

Apparently a world XI will be playing at the MCG soon prob stick around for that. Just been walking round the city this morn - didn't venture further than the hostel bar last night! Hope everyones well & will be in touch when i can.

Hi pet! just to let you know Alan and I will be missing for a couple of weeks - off to York tomorrow for a long weekend and then journey up to the West Coast of Scotland for a week or so of R & R. Did I tell you we'd bought another motorhome? Tow the bike behind it, dog onboard, stock up my wine rack and I'm a happy Auntie!! Try to give Nan another ring when you can, she's feeling a little "down" at the moment and hearing your voice would be just the therapy she needs. Hope the trip still going fabulously. Can't help noticing all the messages on your "board" are all from girls.............strange that!! Take care bonny lad Love as always Auntie C xx

Hi Chris, Glad to see you guys are enjoying yourselves, you are making me insanely jealous and itching to explore New Zealand for myself. Have browsed through the photos, they look good and remind me what a good time was had by all especially the photos at Kodachrome, hmmm...... I had better read this book, Australia, dangerous, hah! It will be if the poms beat us at the cricket! Anyway, enjoy the rest of your time in New Zealand and I will see you soon, that's if the drop bears and koalas don't get you first (I will tell you later about that) Helen

Hi son!!Sorry Ive been a little lax on posting but back to work and as usual pretty hectic.Always looking on the bright side ,I've only 7 more September returns--if I make it that far!!-before my sons start looking after me!!Have you selected my Nursing Home yet!!Went to watch Mike at S and B yesterday and whilst he batted well Ainsdale lost by 5 wickets.Awful track and outfield too.Not a patch on Ainsdale which is sad considering its an ex County Ground.Hope all is well with you.Dont forget to keep in touch with Bob.Said hed try to take you up to the Blue Mountains and on some of the walks we did around Sydney.Must go!Playing at Hightown today and need to compose myself!!Dadxxxx
