Yesterday we visited the Palace followed by the Ghokang Monestry (easy on the spelling test) amazing to see and understand some of the culture. More culture today with ride to visit Monestry followed by ride around the Palace... as all tourists photography is limited. Early night as we are mega excited by first day proper of ride...

Now getting a little band width... Arrived in Nepal in the middle of storm so had couple of hours waiting for luggage the to Hotel... typically 4 others of group on same flight... But easily identified at baggage claim. Next day we went for tour of Katmandu... some interesting places... not sure of cremation process by the river... but another piece of culture. Things from a tetchy point of view are behind schedule... limited wifi etc. all is amazing picture is from a couple of days ago and is of bikes being loaded for trip to airport for flight to Lhasa in Nepal. Amazing view from flight of Everest. Now in Lhasa which is spectacular/amazing... 6 of us doing ride all beer drinkers so beer is staple part of diet.
