Not to much happened today we went to a little school in Rheintal and I did the group set up again but it was alot slower pace and this helped alot as you don't feel so under pressure.
We were there most of the day and then we packed up and headed for Bern, the capital of Switzerland which was about a two hour drive.
So a quite day, and really looking forward to a day off tommorrow and seeing the sights.
