This is a 'before and after' sort of note.....as we anticipate the clash of the titans tonight between the 'all conquering team at Old Trafford 'and oh yes ...that team Man Utd.
The press is whipped into a frenzy today as that bastion of intellectual leadership (van Nistelrooy) claims he 'will do it for the govnor!'....
What a cliff hanger!! ....will the favourite romp home in well deserved glory or will lucky ManUtd sneak through on a dodgy ref call......who could day....stay tuned

Hi guys! Hope you got off Mount Kinabalu in one piece. What an adventure, eh! We have very very sore legs today and I'm sure tomorrow will be worse. Benefitted from nearly 12 hours sleep last night. Hi you two. Looks as if I'm still having trouble with my e mail. Dont know why. Anyway we had a nice lunch with Mum on Saturday to celebrate her birthday, in Sedgeley. She was in good form.

Your reports from Aus were great, reminded me a lot of my trip, though I didn't get to Northern Territory. Just had a fair amount of snow up north, couldn't move the car for two days. Been a long winter so ready for Spring and the chance to knock some golf balls around. Were going to Edinburgh over Easter and the Lakes.
Hope you enjoy Malaysia, odd to think that youre more than half way through now.

Has to be said that my life is no-where near asa exciting as yours, but am certainly enjoying life in Nottingham. Still playing loads - and they are certainly keen on their squash up here!
Anyway - good to see that you are looking tanned and healthy and clearly having the time of your lives. Hopefully see you soon (if you are ever tempted back!).

Just checked out your site...how cool!!!! How is everything going? How is Darwin...pretty wet I think!!! It is so nice to see the pictures of your travel...especially Argentina and of course...how else Antartics....amazing!!!! Especially the iceberg with the zodiac in front....nice picture!! And of course all the animals!!!!

But how is the rest of your australia trip going?? What did you see meanwhile? And how is Darwin?? And where are you off to next?

Unfortunately we already are back in Holland...it is snowing here...sometimes...awful...can stil remember the 36 degrees in Cairns...and our wonderful diving trip of course!!! But well, as all good things come to an end...not for you yet though...so enjoy!!! And keep us posted!!!

We have already started working again...horrible...that is about the only thing I (and Rob as well) can say...we are having great difficulty of getting back into the normal way of life...it was all so great over there...so as you can imagine Robin has alreay applied for a job in Australia...and the States! You never know!!!

A good thing about coming home though was seeing our cats...they missed us ... fortunately... and in one way it is always nice to come home as well....even though we would like another country to be home!

But this is it for now.... we are going to keep track of you... and in that way we'll also enjoy your holliday feeling!!!
