Day eight started slowly. After having a big day and a late night we decided to have a little sleep in. We ate breakfast at around 10 and took some food for the road and off we went. Plan was to get an ATV, meet Ashish and Aliya in Fira and then to do some exploring of the rest of the island. We organised the ATV through the hotel and the guy we got it off was a bit dodgy and the helmets where a bit disgusting. This time we got a 150cc which was nice and speedy...

Day seven began bright and early with a beautiful day beckoning and breakfast overlooking the paradisal vista. Kamari Tours collected us from our hotel and we felt quite the VIPs with only a small number on the tour. We quickly found Ashish and Aliya, who we had organised the tour with the day before, and before we knew it we were winding up some tight roads to the Prophet Elias Monastery.
