Yo!! Well.... we are now in New Zealand!! Woop!

We arrived in Christchurch today, it only took 4 hours from Sydney, it was wierd arriving in a new country all together! we were happy to get our stamp though and Edd had to decalre his pot of oregano! It was lovely flying in, seeing all the green mountains and flat green space! the climate is much cooler as well so its a refreshing change. I almost broke my back trying to carry my bag around, i threw away lots of stuff as soon as i arrived coz there is no way i can carry it as heavy as it was around the airport. Christchurch is an odd city so far. There is a lovely square in the middle with a catherdral and a huge blue vase looking monument. In the evening there was a lone man playing his wistle to the theme tune of black adder and me and Edd took some interesting pictures using the spot lights on the groud.... we're going mad i swear! There are hardly any people around as well which is strange coming from a big city to an almost surreal emptiness. We went out for dinner and ended up spending combined a shocking $133 dollars on the finest New Zealand Lamb... its was delicious! they have lots of green grass to eat here so they are nice and juicey! But it defo wont be spending that much on dinner again, we wanted to get a tram around but we didnt have time and we are off to Kaikoura tomorrow to watch wales and dolphins. This two weeks is going to cram packed with activities, although probably very expensive ones so i wont be able to do much. I think im going to save my money for a sky dive... but dont tell mum because she will worry! hehe Ill update at the end of the two weeks to let you know about my exciting adventures! And ill upload some pictures soon too!! Love you all lots! Missing you too
