We split our trip into two parts today. We went to Trummelbach in the morning and Luzern in the afternoon.
We started our journey around 10 from Bern to Lauterbrunnen. We then went to the Tourist Information to find the way to take bus to Trummelbach Falls. All were in hurry that we arrive Lauterbrunnen at 11.25 and the bus going to Trummelbach waterfall in Lauterbrunnen Valley departured from bus stop at 11.35. We ran from 'i' centre and finally we caught the bus in the last minute.
Trummelbach Falls are a series of ten glacier-waterfalls inside the mountain. We went up by tunnel-lift which operated inside the mountain. The falls inside were all amazing and we (and our camera) were all wet when we walked closer to those falls. (You can see how it is when you check the video out)
We took train from Lauterbrunnen to Luzern in the afternoon. This journey tooks us more than 2 hours. Our train went through different places like Brienzersee, Brunig, Hasliberg, Lungern, Giswil and Sarnersee, which were all nice.
We arrived Luzern at 16.00. We first visited Chapel Bridge which is one of the famous landmarks in Luzern. It is a long wooden bridge and was replaced after a fire caused by a group of smokers in 1993. Then we had our late lunch at Coop (which is one of the supermarket in Switzerland)
After that, we spent nearly an hour in a souvenir shop followed by visitng Lion Monument.
