hi everyone, sorry we havent written in a couple of days, its been a crazy journey to Spain. we left nice on the second of August at 11:55 and arrived in Marseille where we waited an hour for our train to Montpelleir that would take us to barcelona. well the train to Montpelleir ran 40 minutes late and we originally only had 20 minutes to get on our train to Barcelona, to make a long story short, we got stuck in a small town in France called Narbonne and we had to get a hotel that thankfully was cheap. we met an aussie on the train named sam and she was trapped too so we stuck together and had dinner and met up the next morning for the train to Port Bou that was supposed to arrive at 7:55am. That train was then suppose to take us to Barcelona. well needless to say our train never came because a train derailed at the station before ours so the train couldt make it through to get us. we thought we would be stuck there another night, but somehow a train came thru at 12:59pm and we caught that train and had to wait at the Port Bou station for an hour and 45minutes until we could take our final train to Barcelona. this was supposed to be a one day three train trip, and somehow it turned into a whole adventure and ahalf. but thankfully we met some cool people (a total of three aussie girls) and we made it to Barcelona safe and with all our bags and money. ok so now we only have one day here and we are both under the weather and tomorrow we head to Paris, hopefully the trains are on time and we dont get stuck somewhere else. k everyone hope ur all doing great, love u
