since i last wrote we have done so much!

the week in rio was amazing, we did all the touristey stuff of course and also went horse-riding with a guy who worked at our hostel, he has 4 horses so he took us to his livery yard and we had the best day ever! we also went to a football match, which was pretty boring but the atmosphere was amazing!

on friday we met our tour group, who are all really nice. we went out for dinner with them and then went back to ace hostel to go out with the people from there in lapa one last time! we had a crazy night and didnt get home until the sun was rising, over sugarloaf!!!!

saturday morning we headed to ilha grande, which was beautiful! so peacefulç and quiet and we had 2 full days to relax there! on sunday we did the party boat, which included sailing over to a blue lagoon and then a private beach..there was also a bbq and caiprihanas so yes we had a brilliant day!! This morning we left Ilha Grande and took the ferry to the mainland and then a public bus to Paraty! Where it is raining!!

We have just realised how heavy our backpacks are....whoever invented them was stupid as they are such a pain to have to carry!!!

Anyway off to play in the rain now...hopefully off to Trinidad beach tomorrow which apparantly is gorgeous! Loads of love xxxxxxxxxx
