Today saw the girls head to Castleford for the White Rose 6 a side comp. we were in Grouo 1 alongside Birtley, Nott'm Forest A, Doncaster Belles and South Leeds.

First game v our old friends from West Riding South Leeds ended up with a comfortable 3-0 win.

2nd up was Doncaster Belles who we beat 2-1.

We beat Forest 1-0 next then rounded off beating Birtley 2-0 with a fantastic display from their gk Lauren Coyles.

Final: Cestria 4:0 Nott'm Forest.

Well done to the young Forest side who played well all day but our girls were unstoppable in the final. Short 15 minute games can be a lottery but Cestria made sure that was never an issue all day.
