Natrang was the perfect stopover in between my two sleeping buses. Got dropped off at dawn 3 minutes away from a white sanded beach where I stupidly fell asleep on.... with just one coat of sunscreen. Needless to say, I was a lobster by 2, fortunately my laziness kept me from changing into a bathing suit, so the burn area was limited... Needing to hide from the sun, I went to a temple to spend the rest of my day at the Long Son pagoda. I didn't realize all the nice beaches Vietnam had... but going back to the south of Thailand in a month I skipped the crowed party beaches and headed toward the North. Less then 12 hours later.. back on the bus and in my way to Hoi An. A small river side town I had been hearing about for the last few months as a popular favourite...
