Buenos Dias Mes Amigos, Got up early this morning to go on a tour to the Basilica de Guadalupe, an important place of worship and to the Pyramids just north of Mexico City. We had a chance to taste Mezcal and Tequila at 11am ...i think that was a ploy to make us buy some souvenirs. I was feeling weird all day and when we got to the pyramids i could barely stand. I felt sick and dizzy so i only got to see one pyramid while the others saw all 3 and climbed ...

Hola, Well i finally made it to Mexico, i arrived a few hours ago and have already said "No hablo español" about 30 times. Mexico city reminds me of Bangkok a bit its hot, polluted and chaos on the roads, there are also loads of markets on the roads that sell all kinds of miscellaneous stuff. There are loads of Beetles on the roads they seem to use for taxis which seems a bit impractical but looks cool. Cant imagine i will be uploading pictures in a hurry...

Hi All, Lisa, Mark and Amy kindly took me on a tour around Texas, on Saturday we went to the Austin, the state capital. We had lunch in a very bohemein atmosphere and i went inside the congress building to have a look.Then we drove on and stayed the night in San Antonio, which is a very lively place with a pretty riverside walk. Also went to The Alamo which was very interesting - i am sure most of you know all about it so i wont bore you :) see ya xxCat

Hi there, I had a manic time in Vegas and now i have reached Houston where i am visiting my friend Lisa and her baby Amy. I have got a cold so i am just relaxing and plan to chill out here for a week. I have managed to lose my ticket home - so i guess i'm not coming back! Well if only i had the money ...i will to sort it out ..typical that i lose it 4 weeks before i return home. Haven't done much exploring of the area yet but will keep you updated.see ya...
