Went into downtown at the weekend as they were having celebrations for the welcoming of the International Olympic Committee. The locals voted "yes" to the 2010 winter olympics last week although there were some people that weren't too happy about them being here. There were ice hockey teams and dancers and coffee but it was a rainy day so didn't stay out long.

Been skiing a bit more at the local mountain and loving it but still yet to have a big dump!
