relaxing in my hotel tonite using my nintendo to connect to the wifi in the hotel. first time its worked anywhere! arrived into vilnius this afternoon. checked in and then did some clothes sshopping on the main road where my hotel is. not as expensive as its made out to be lots of jan sales on ;) will do siteseeing tomorrow tn fyig out at 3.30am and spending the next 36 hours getting to malaysia!!!

Sorry for not updating this sooner but i haven't been able to find any internet cafes. Back in vienna where i just came from the internet was 2 aussie dollars for 3 mins! I'm in Budapest, Hungary atm. We arrive yesterday. Where i promptly found the local TGI fridays and sampled a few strawberry daqueries ( of course i had to just check that they were up to standard...which they were;) ) Last nite after dinner we went out ice skating on teh roof of a shopping cen...

killing time in tallinn airport today waiting for my flight to copenhagen where i have to wait another 5 hours for a flight to berlin! finshed my topdeck baltic tour today and start my contiki eastern europe tour tonite. Tallinn was lovely, probably the prettiest city i've seen, on par with copenhagen. our hotel was right in the old town and could walk everywhere. as with riga, no cars are allowed in the old town, so makes wandering about really nice. finally...

Merry xmas from russia! spent today walking around st petersburg. my legs are killing me!!! tonite we are going out for a xmas dinner and traditional russian folk show. russia does not celebrate xmas until Jan. so not much going on here. tomorrow morning we board the bus to travel to Tallinn Estonia. I'll be there until sunday and then off to Berlin! Sorry i cant put up any pics, i haven't been able to find an adaptor for my memory card. Merry xmas!!!!!!!!!!!...

So i'm finally in latvia after travellng 2 days to get here I hardly know what time it is ! I'm about to go out for a walk and see some of the sights, i hope i dont freeze as it is 0 degrees today and snowing a blizzard!! i cant put up any photos because i need a card reader for my memory card first, so i'll see what happens.
