At Horsham, about 300k to go. Stephen hit a galah, poor bird I was covered in feathers. No damage to bike. His fuel light came on 45k out of town but we made it with 2l to spare. All good.

Only an hour to go and most of my big adventure will be done. A bit sad about that, but bring on the week long party at mildura Ulysses AGM!!

What a fabulous day!! Called into aldi at Geelong, 2 bottles bourbon before we left. I actually did the Great ocean rd, morning ride from Geelong to Apollo bay was beautiful, just the odd shower, but this afternoon was the hardest riding I have done, was a struggle to keep mr ed on the rd with the gale forced winds and rain. He did me proud, my beautiful boy. I am so glad I did it, despite the weather. Now relaxing with a bourbon, and a spa bath later.
