Day 67 ctd - We collected our bags and caught the train to the next terminal before getting another into the city. An hour later we had found our stop and soon located our twin room at the Rucksack Inn. After a brief break we caught the train and bus to Singapore Zoo with its Halloween themed night safari. After the show involving howling wolves, the grim reaper, a very large snake and otters doing recycling we caught the train around the zoo. The trip involved a mix of seeing elephants, deer and other animals at night time and having ghostly creatures jump out at us. We followed their special Halloween trail for lots more blood and gore before walking round to see more of the animals which were especially active at night time. After Catherine suffered a bat collision and Olivia ate some ice cream we caught a late bus and train back and got some much deserved sleep.
