We arrived in Seattle on Wednesday night we had to get 2 planes to get here stopping in San Fran, we got to see the golden gate bridge when we took off the sky was so clear and no fog. We arrived and made our way to our hotel which is next to the seattle sky needle, they couldn't find our reservation but luckily I had copy of it so they gave us our room.
Yesterday we went to the Boeing factory we got picked up at 9 and arrived at Boeing by 10 we did a factory tour where we got to see the 787,777,747 being built pretty cool they are so big. The Boeing factory is in the Guinness book of records for the biggest building in the world. They have a rented run way and all the finished planes sit near it all painted and there was a jetstar one there.
We got dropped back of at 2 and went to the pike markets they have every thing there fish, fruit, flowers and souvenirs. We spent a while there had some dinner and headed home.
Today we thought we would get some laundry done ( i hate this part) so went to a laundry service where they do the laundry for you as there is no coin laundrys around it was going to cost $50 for 6 kg of washing we said no thanks and thought we will wait to find another.
We decide to ride the duck today which is one of those boats that go on land and water. It did a city tour thenwent into the lake it was lots off fun they played silly music and we had lots of laughs. When we returned we walked down to river front where there are lots of restaurants and shops we had some Alaskan cod and chips which was delicious, then walked along the front looked at some shops and Brett spotted a seal so cute. We went back up to downtown did a little shopping then walked home past a glass blowing studio, I love the glass objects they make so amazing would love to buy some but don't think I could get it home without breaking it and they are so expensive.
