Today we headed of to Rome we decided to first send our few things home that we had bought as they were taking up a little room in our bags, so our hotel dropped us to the post office and helped us get a ticket from the machine, Brett Waited out side as it was so busy reminded me of waiting for Medicare or maybe centre link (I haven't had to do that , but imagine it would be like today ) 1 hour later my number got called and I then had to try to explain what I wanted to do eventually they understood so I put every thing in a box and labeled it and then she told me the price € 70.45 so $99 that's crazy for 3.1 kg and all it is souvenirs and Brett's 2 nd pair of jeans (he thinks he doesn't need) All well at least we don't have to Carry them now. We then had to wait a while for the local train which only comes every hour we then got to florence train station and got our Rome train, we thought we didn't have to reserve a seat, as we got told we could just jump on the train with our pass but i thought i would check and we couldn't so we missed that train and reserved the next one. So it cost €10 - $14 each to reserve the train which is so silly but let's not get me started about that. Brett and I could not sit together he was in another carriage as it said it was full when we booked, but I had quiet a few spare seats in my carriage .

We settled into our b&b and went out to explore and have some dinner.
