Today we went and looked at old town Nice, it was Sunday and nothing was really open so we had a coffee at a cafe then went down to the beach. The ironman was on so we walked along the promenade and watched it for a little while then went for a swim. Again it was really cold but we both went in and it was really nice and relaxing.

When we were where sun baking we heard some one in the water yelling and waving there are arm, the lifeguards but there flippers on and googles and slowly made there way out. They had no boast or jet ski, they got the man but then started looking in the water for someone else three other boats came didn't look like they found anyone but they called it off about 20 mins later. We hope they found him alive but we didn't see him, the other guy was bought in and was very distressed.

We had a late lunch strolled back through the ironman and watched some people finish and made our way back home for an early night.

Health status: cough nearly resolved
but I have developed these weird round blistery dots on my arms hands and back. We think they are bed bugs they look awful and are really itchy. Brett didn't get them which is good but we have been in the same bed since Paris. I must have got bitten in Barcelona :(. Brett joked last night and said goodnight and don't let the bed bugs bite.
