Today we headed out to explore Prague we decided to walk into the city centre as were not to far away. We walked along the river and took lots of photos of all the beautiful buildings and river. We walked over Charles bridge which is the first bridge in prague which is now only a pedestrian bridge with lots of religious statues, beggars and people selling paintings and jewellery. Over the bridge was bohemian town again lots of nice buildings and churches. We had a look around then headed over to old town square which Had lots of food stalls big church's, horse and carriages and lots of people. We did a free 3 hour walking tour from here it was really good, the lady who took it was Czech Slovakian her dad was Czech her Mum was Slovakian she had lots of stories and new so much history that her family and her self were involved in. She spoke about all the wars, revolutions, Jews, the hollocoust and when Czech and Slovack separated in1994. It was so interested what they have been through over the years and how lucky we are.
We went back to old town after the tour to watch the astronomical clock which has ornaments around it that move and Bells that rang it was the first one in the world lots of people lined up to see it, it only went for 18 seconds. After our big day of walking we headed home had a showers and headed out for dinner.
