So now we really are back in civilisation. I thought Savu Savu was built up but now being in Nadi-all the people and buildings and roads are actually freaking me out a bit-I miss the island! :S However, having the luxury of shops, proper food and amenities is quite the luxury which I won't really refuse! I can tell you now-flushing toilets and actual showers (freshwater AND running, let alone hot/warm) are a luxury that will just never get old! No more collect...

Now Im obviously not writing this from our island but I wanted to write about my AMAZING 10 weeks there and show you where it was on the map (who knew we were even on the map?!). I can't believe my 'Oz Experience' time is over already!! :o Had a fantastic time in Byron Bay with many night out at the famous Cheeky Monkeys! :D Met some really cool people there, went surfing and generally chilled on the beach.. Stayed at Surfers Paradise for one night but didn't really see much as everyone was tired and still recovering from the 'Cheeky Monkeys experience'... LOL Very holiday-ish place; high risers lining the beach, all very different! ...

Right, so it has been a while... My last few days in Sydney were great!! :D I went to the Blue Mountains, the amazing Jenolan Caves, Manley beach and a bit of a scenic drive up the coast. Also met up with lovely Vic (friend from overland trip!) which was awesome! Anyway, so left Sydney at some ridiculous hour on Saturday morning.. Travelling up the coasty with the Oz Experience bus.
