My Photo album just about sums Lima up, I've been here 3 times and haven't really properly seen the city!! This time I'm back just to say goodbye to my tour group before heading off to Brazil. We manage a night out on town, the obligatory group dinner, followed by midnight bowling (much fun) and then drinks and dancing, which lasts until the early hours of the morning. It's strange to be leaving our group and nice hotels behind, but we say our goodbyes as people...

Then it was time to go and explore the jungle and look for all sorts of creatures and creepy crawlies!!!........We spent 2 nights in a fantastic jungle lodge, (which I could have stayed in for about 2 weeks), very chilled just what we needed after the Inca Trail. The walk to the ranch was a bit hairy, a very muddy track that we had to squelch down for about 3km, I was like bambi on ice and was convinced I was going to fall down in it, but miracuously survived, no...

It's non stop fun at the moment. Today I went paragliding for the first time ever with Roy, Mel and Jesse and loved it!!! The moment at which I realised I am to be strapped into the front of the harness and I am therefore the one that has to run at the cliff edge and hope we take off wasn't the best, but after my inital panic I do it and we take off way before I get to the edge.... Thank god as it's a long way down (1000m to be precise) and we are elevated at 3...

Well what can I say...I'm not sure how to go about writing this blog entry. The experience was truly magical and you really need to go and see for yourselves. I struggled putting it into words in my diary even, but will try and summarise it for you.
