Oh my god.Kuala lumpur is amazing!! WOO! we arrived last night at about 6 and went to nandos baby (yes nandos boy!) ooh it was good but damn the non refillable glass of coke! We were really tired lsat night so we just stayed in the hotel coz we had quite a hectic day. Earlier in the morning we were in Cameron Highlands and all of us went on this tour to a butterfly farm! they were HUGE (have a look at the pics) there were snakes and scorpions (s*** scared of them) and tortoises and stick insects that actually look like sticks and leaf insects..can u believe it..that actually look like leaves. anyway that was cool but our next stop was the tea plantation, apparently the largest in asia at 1200 hectares..it was huge! We went into a tea factory to see the processes involved in producing tea from the leaf! I felt like i was doing chemistry again, there were too many methods! but the best bit was tasting the tea and having a scone with jam and cream..oooh deez! Then we went to a strawberry farm which was ok, but seeing as we have them in england it wasnt THAT interesting but the strawberries tasted AMAZING..so sweet compared to the s***ty ones in UK! anyway we finished the tour at 12.30 and started our journey back down the mountains to KL which took like 5 hours. Didnt do anything last night coz today we got up early and headed down to the Petronas twin towers because they only release 1000 tickets a day so we rushed down there had some breakfast at Starbucks! Where else!? and spent the morning shopping in KLCC Suria where it was designer paradise..mother i thought of you..you would have spent years there...chanel, gucci, hermes,prada,armani,versace, salvatore ferragamo but omg NO louis vuitton but there was a massive one in the centre of the city. I was too afraid to go into any of the shops because of the state of my flip flops but fear not the designer shopping will commence in singapore. There was also topshop and roxy and stuff which was cool. We then got tickets for a hop on hop off bus for like 5 pounds for 24 hours and went to another shopping mall called times square which was alot more casual with japanese and chinese fashion shops but there was a theme park in the middle of it! with a HUMUNGOUS rollercoaster and if we hadnt have eaten pizza, we would have gone on it but instead we headed over to the KL tower, the 4th tallest in the world at 450m and we went all the way up to the observation deck and we could see the WHOLE of KL for like 1 minute until a cloud swept over our view and we could see nothing as we were so high we were in the cloud! but then it starting raining..and i mean raining and it was so wierd!?~? but i love KL, wish we were here longer, we set off tomorrow morning for melacca and then to singapore but i think carl may want to write something..!!!
