Today we woke up early and went to the port to catch the ferry over to the 'Isle of Capri'
When we got there we booked a boat tour around the whole island and to the famous blue grotto. Unfortunately the blue grotto was closed due to the weather and the sea swell so we just went passed it. Along the way we saw some real pretty blue/green water in the larger caves and we went under(a large rock with a short cave from one side to the other) After our tour we we looked for somewhere to have lunch. Clint saw a sign saying Piazza (meaning main square) and an arrow pointing up a path/stair well, so we headed up not knowing what was to come. A thousand million stairs, along with very steep paths. We would get to a street and think we were there but there was always more stairs and steep paths to come. Our legs and backs were killing and we were sweating heaps. We were so pleased to reach the top and once up there we realised we walked to the top of the island. The views up there were really nice and we had some lunch before heading back down. I thought down would be easy, well it was easier then going up but because it was so steep it was uncomfortable and hard on our knees. We caught the ferry back to Sorrento and headed back to the hostel. Lauren booked lots of hostels and ferries for our upcoming stay on the Greek islands. We then got ready and went to the same place for dinner as last night. The food there is so nice and the man that runs it is really friendly. After dinner we went home and packed as we are leaving Sorrento at 6am and heading to Bari for one night before catching the overnight ferry to Athens. The photo is of me at the top of the 'Isle of Capri'
