Transition day!

Today Craig and I left Berlin early in the morning and headed to the bus depot to catch a bus to Munich. We were on the bus from 8am to 5pm. The bus stopped once along the way and this is where we had lunch and stretched our legs for a bit. We slept most of the bus ride as we were out late the night before. I got the dates mixed up and we arrived in Munich a day early with nowhere to stay as we booked a hotel before we left for Oktoberfest and knew it would be busy. We got to Munich at 5pm, we walked and checked out a few hostels but everything was booked out. Luckily Craig had a tent from being in the Gobi Desert in Mongolia so we walked around for ages and tried to find a park to sleep in for the night. We had no luck so we ended up staying in a college. We jumped the fence at night and put his tent up in the bushes near a playing field. There were a few people around so we had to be quiet and still. We pretty much set up the tent and went straight to sleep. Photo is of me in my Oktoberfest outfit.
