That is some good seafood chowder in the Temple Bar district of Dublin. Irish stew for supper was equally good. This is the land of hearty food!

Gotta love a window seat in Business Class! Only downside is my inflight entertainment system not working. There was some minor issues on the last EY flight as well but at least I could watch a movie. Guess I'll sleep instead. Flight only about 6 1/2 hours from LHR to AUH.

Etihad A340-600 A6-EHF sitting at the gate on T4 @ Heathrow (LHR) preparing to operate EY20 to Abu Dhabi (AUH). Happy with a Business Class boarding pass in my pocket. So far we've had success with upgrades in all our long haul flights!

Overnighted at the Sheraton Skyline near Heathrow. No airport views for plane spotting. Caught a bus to Hatten Cross with Graeme Cross, my flight ops colleague, to catch a little landing action. Some Virgin Atlantic Cargo mates met us there for a ride back to the hotel, a coffee and then dropped us to T4 for our Etihad flight.
