Well! well! just got back from a long stay down in Andalucia started thru' the e-mails to discover you are on your travels. have read with interest your trip so far. My brother has a house in Ballycastle, it is a nice place with a superb coast. we at the moment are in the middle of a 'heat wave' in Spain hot dry winds coming North from Africa has raise the temp and humidity. Annyway it is pleasant at night to sit and sip the odd glass or two. Will keep in touch look forward to further blogs

Dear Anne and Gordon, when we were in Eire 2 years ago, everything was expensive and nothing was free, not even the views!! Everytime we stopped to look at or photograph anything, up popped an Irishperson to demand money!!! It certainly dimmed the shine of the Emerald Isle. However, there were some gorgeous places and the Italian garden on a tiny island we visited was lovely and a big surprise. We have just been 2 days on our boat on Ullswater and the weather was a mixture of everything but hail or snow!! Wish we were sailing off the Greek Islands.... Looking forward to your next update. Take care, love to you both, frances & Duncan

Hello travellers, nice to hear you are safe and well,if somewhat waterlogged. You could have sent some photos of the wedding guests!!
Can envisage that bath b4 you took to it Anne, and who, what or what has happened in it defies the immagination. Had heard Ireland was dear,my god daughter is married to a Dubliner. Enjoy yourselves, but take vare, as we have an appointment in Ari, it appears Antonio now has 3 cheque book s to choose from, if that makes you feel better. Weather here is b awful, wet, 6 fine days out of 56, but not cold. Love to both

we were next door neighbours on the hard at Port Edgar a couple of seasons ago (Westerly Griffon 'ILEX'. I also did one of the RYA courses with Ann a few years ago. Just thought I'd wish you well on your adventures. Our world cruises so far have been on the 78000 ton Sea Princess - I'd rather do it on Equinox! Bon voyage and I will read your progress with interest. Jim Moffat, Stirling.

Thanks for the photo of the 'Paps.' Confirmed my winning argument on the view from a peak in Arran last Saturday. Gordon, didn't you get a haircut before you left? Much love, Meg
