Hi Gordon and Anne, great to have met you on the 'Anstruther trip'. Not quite as exciting as some of the experiences you have had on your round the world trip. Now I have met you the 'adventures' I am reading about take on a new meaning.

Hi Anne & Gordon, have spent about two hours going through your wonderful adventures. I am so jealous. I recognised a few places we have visited in our summer breaks (remember when you used to have two weeks hols) So looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Take care

Hi Anne and Gordon, my friend just started a solo kayaking trip on the Richelieu River in Quebec to Lake Champlain in New York and Vermont States in the U.S. and I thought I wonder how my cousins are doing on your sailing adventure. I had not checked in for a while. Wow!! What great stuff you wrote and I love the photos. Egypt is one of the places I would love to visit soon. Last year my friend and I went to Spain and Morocco and the souks and markets in Cairo reminded me so much of Morocco. Well it seems you guys are heading back to Scotland. You both look great and oh, what memories you have!! Hope to hear from you again soon. Pauline xx

You are both looking so well and relaxed enjoying the Med. I recognised the bridge over the Gulf of Corinth or Patras I can't remember which. I was thinking about you on Saturday as I spotted red Campion flowers as I walked along the Aberdeenshire cliffs between Cruden Bay and Colieston - I'm getting fit for the moonwalk (26mls around edinburgh next month) Hope to catch up with you before too long

Have just found this, not being aware you had a blog. What amazing, and really interesting photos, a wonderful record of your travel. Glad you got through pirate alley OK. What's the deal with the Yemeni officials? Looking forward to the next instalments!
