Rick guided us on a 12+ mile trek along London's canals and Regents Park. We had fish and chips the night before and watched part of the Great British Bakeoff season six! It is quite different here with a focus on Mary and Paul, not the contestants... I learned quite a bit!
This evening we cooked and kicked back - it was jolly good!
