Missing the bikes, we decided we would hike through Paris. The day began with crepes and a cappuccino. Note to future travelers, no cappuccinos in France - we fixed that a second cafe with a cafe au lait and we had a delicious croissant - really yummy.

We took the metro to Montemarte where they had a wine tasting, art and food festival. Yummy again and we then walked back to Notre Dame and our hotel in the Latin Quarter. We had dinner at a local bistro near the Sorbonne. Again yummy, especially the crepe with ice cream though Shauna gave high marks to the salmon and ratatouille. We returned to our Paris place - the size of a walkin closet but perfect location. We collapsed upon entry!
