So here we are less than 4 weeks to go finally nearly here.

Just got back from another trip to the needle happy nurse at the travel clinic, i swear she does enjoy it really.

So visa's, flights, and jabs all sorted now just need some money :)

Here's the final plan:

Sep 20th Flight to Moscow

Sep 23rd leave Moscow on trans-mongolian railway to beijing. Arrive in beijing around 4th Oct after a stay in the Mongolian capital Ulaan Batar and a night in a gert camp.

We have a month to spend in China leaving around 28th Oct to Hong Kong for a few days and then back to China for a few more days for the land trip to Vietnam.

We have given ourselves 3 weeks to work our way down Vietnam before entering Cambodia for around 2 weeks and then to Thailand for a month for Christmas and New Year. We're staying in Koh Sumai for Christmas and Koh Phangan for New Years and the infamous Full Moon Party..so if anyone wants to come have New Year in thailand let me know.

Once done in Thailand we fly to Singapore from Phuket on 12th Jan 09. 5 nights at the Hilton Singapore (luckily the boss has already signed off a few nights so got a few 5* hotels booked along the way) and then off to Australia for a year. Not really planned anything after this just going to see what happens.
