Hola! I am still in Uruguay and have been having a great time here so far. It is a beautiful little country, and the people have been great. Lindsay met up with Scott and I in La Paloma, and from there the 3 of us headed a little further north to an amazing town called Punta del Diablo. The town is right on a beautiful beach, has no paved roads, and only about 300 year round residents. It is so full of character though, i loved it. We rented a little house right on the waterfront and settled in for 10 days. During our time there we met some really cool people, and enjoyed some quality relaxing on the beach. We met a group of young Uruguaians who invited us over to their place for an asado (traditional bbq) which was really really fun. they were great guys and they grilled more meet than you can imagine! we also met an eccentric man from Colorado who is in the process of buying land and building a house in town. All in all it was a great place to hang out for awhile. Right now I am currently in a historic little town on the river called Colonia. I will head back to Argentina in a few days and go pick up brenna. I'm really looking forward to having her come down, it should be pretty fun.
