Today we travelled to Cape St Vincent.Most southern part of the coast in Portugal.When travellers centuries ago, reached this rugged coastline and huge cliffs, they were certain they had reached The End of the World.And I can see why!Looking one way you have the fierce ocean to the south with huge waves and sheer cliff drops.Turn your head another way, and more sheer cliffs and crashing waves greet you to the west.And as far as the eye can see is ocean, just goin...

Passed through Mimosa, small town.Driving inland now.Tiago stopped the bus next to a field of cork trees just before the town to wander in amongst the trees, just off the side of the road.This was amazing.There was a break in the fence so in we went trying to walk on very soft, deep sandy soil.They are not planted in rows or anything.Just scattered amongst the olive trees.Apparently, this is so they can graze cattle and harvest olives as well as the cork.They als...
