...I do some local sightseeing, go back to the clinic for more IV and more Russian and am generally lazy, but recovering, no more bloody pee. I see a special medicine box next to my bed in the clinic - it says AntiSpeed and it's big. I guess drugs are a problem here......I marvel at the amount of fences, walls and barriers in this city; it seems like anywhere you go you need a key or pass....because of humongous traffic jams everything in Moscow works on a 24...

...I wake up and still have bloody urine so I go and look for a doctor...unfortunately the only clinic in the neighborhood that can take me has two doctors only and they don't speak English. Crash course of medical Russian, here we go....they put on me on IV, feed me some antibiotics and I miss my flight. I'm supposed to come for treatment back over the next few days, They do my bloodwork too....I spend most of the day in bed...and on some social meetings ;)

...I get up and actually do run the marathon...I meet a Russian guy in the same 2015 Paris Marathon tshirt I have at home...I marvel at the number of cops protecting the event; I like especially the female officers, all blonde, Russian and cute, the lot of them....I meet two Polish groups supporting our runners. There were 13 Poles here running! One of them aged 50 beat my time by almost an hour! Go Poland!...I am surprised at the quality of the snacks and drinks...

...I get up and the sun is still shining...I go to the meeting place for the free tour, can't find it and miss my group...I hang around the Red Square again marvelling at Russia's former - and present - glory...I visit Gorky Park and a monument park with chopped off heads of discarded statues of communist dignitaries - imagine 200 Lenin heads in a huge wire cage or plenty of Molotovs, Stalins or Marxs standing around in what is otherwise a lovely picnic a...
