Indeed we had a peaceful night's sleep the only traffic this morning was the odd truck.There was no reason for us to hang around and we wanted to get to Fowler’s Bay as early as we could so we were turning those wheels around fairly early. We awoke to the scene of carnage in the living area. Because we'd had the windows open to get some breeze in but had the lights off, our very beautiful but impractical screened windows had allowed millions of gnats to fly in and then die on the floor (due to me trying to exterminate them!) and also get squashed in the roll of the blinds. I don’t think I’ll ever come to grips with this…. such beautiful windows that effectively cannot be ope...

Finally it appears all is well and we can be on our way.A quick trip into the city via Adelaide's wonderful park and pay tram system from the Entertainment Centre and before we knew it we were back to Newport Motors to hook up the trailer, tuck the car away and thank Craig for his wonderful hospitality over the past month and have a final cuppa with him.
