"Cracking job Grommit!"

Scienceworks in Williamstown is a great place to get lost for the day.

Today we experimented, discovered & unlocked the many secrets of everyday science. Chemistry, "Fizzics" & great inventions in a display by Wallace & Grommit. Gadgets & gizmos to get the creative cogs of the ol' grey matter clanking again!

We even discovered the reason for Melbourne's cold weather as a great little show exploded across the dome ceiling of the Planetarium explaining Earth's tilt on it's axis and how it affects the seasons as we reclined in our seats!

The kids were fascinated and it was lovely to see their little faces light up, not only by the lightning display in the Farridays Cage but also from that magic moment of discovery.
