Graham I've just read this back for the first time......there is entirely zero detail here. I wrote this way to keep it short, but I've missed SO much. Reading it again, makes it seem like things were easy and not much going on....unfortunately I've written this with mainly me as the reader in mind, and just to summerise and to remind myself. I wish I had and have more time to write about this properly.
