Day two was spent on a tour of Lake Minnewanka and the a hike up Johnston Canyon to see some waterfalls. Lake Minnewanka was a shuttle bus away from the campground, but we were able to take a short cut through the woods to save some time. We were able to board the boat with a tour guide that told us of some of the history. Made our way to Banff- incredibly beautiful. Mountains on all sides of the best town center. Great shops, fun restaraunts...Ryan's favorite shirt was there: "It's all s***s and giggles. Until someone giggles and s***s." Ha ha So far we have taken a gondola up to Sulphur Mountain. The trip to the top had gave us great views of the Canadian Rockies...then we were able to walk to the observation deck. We were able to climb stairs and look out to the mountains ...

We are making our way west. Long days of driving, but nice scenery to look at. Pretty easy driving for Fred. Through Ontario, we had lakes everywhere to look for moose- fred and I saw one right on the side of the road, Danny and Fred saw a dead one. Headed north through Michigan until we hit the longest suspension bridge in the Western Hemisphere- Mackinac bridge. It is the third longest in the world. One side was Lake Michigan and on the other side was Lake Huron. Danny made friends with border patrol, asking if he played Fortnight. Made our way to a nice campground on Lake Superior.
