Rome was amazing, the short time that we spent there we knew wasn't going to be enough, but we saw some spectaclar sites.

St Peter's Basilica was oputlant with ornanent features at every turn, and there were many turns, it felt like it went on forever, I was expecting it to be so huge.

We walked the Spanish steps and the trevi fountain from were we were staying both were surreal, the whole of Rome felt like you were in a movie set the who;e time, from ancient gladitor time to a modern day rom com with mopeds on every corner.
