We have now arrived in brisbane!! not sure what to expect, we stayed in a place called palace backpackers it was recommended by some friends not a bad hostel we are in a 10 bed dorm, lovely!!! right in the city centre, we spent one of the days checking out the shops having a wonder around trying not to spend much money, all we bought was a new day bag each, cos the last one i bought was from singapore and cost me 6Pound and it decided to die on us!!!! lotte decided to buy a surfboard cost a few bob!!!that night we decided to have a bbq, so we bought lots of meat as usuall( kangaroo of course) and a few boxes of goon(really cheap wine) ended up goin down to the local bar underneath our hostel for a few more drinks, the next day we went down to the man made beach just a few blocks over from where we were staying, but most of it was being re-done so we ended up lying on the grass by a little pond, but it was still a lovely hot day!!! the next day we watched the joe calzaghe fight bright and early in the centre of the mall in a bar, and there were loads of people already drinkin by the time we got there!!!! so matthew decided to join in a have a nice smirnoff ice!!!! lol brisbane itself was to me just a city, it didnt really stand out in my books but was nice to go there for a few days!!!

were now heading off to noosa well just myself, matt, carly and lotte craig is staying there for a few more days with some friends!!!

we arrived in noosa after another short 2hour journey on our lovely Premier bus!!! we had booked into the yha again which luckily was just across the street from the bus stop!!!! whish made the girls very happy(as u can gather they don't like walking lol) while we were in noosa we were blessed with lots of rain most days, we did get a bit of sunshine so we headed down to the beach for a little bit of swimming and sunbathing, lotte wanted to see if she could go surfing, while we were they i cut my back in the sea( thanks to a big wave that cleaned me out big time!!!) i also got a lovely splinter in my heel which matthew decided that he was going to get out by using a key that we had handy!!!!! what a gud idea that was matthew lol, he did get most of it out though, that night a few of carly's friends arrived in the hostel so we ended up having a few drinks in the hostel, the next day we had booked ourselves a trip to go to Australia Zoo, it rained all day but we a really gud day out, one of the best zoo's weve ever been to, i have already uploaded the pictures so they explain most of the day!!! we only had a few days in noosa but we did enjoy them all, the next stop is Harvey Bay / fraser Island we are all looking forward to it!!!!
