Day 13: The Grand Canyon. What a day. We were picked up from our hotel this morning and shuttled across to Boulder City Airport, where we jumped in a light aircraft (about 20 seats) and begun our Grand Canyon adventure. The flight took us over Hoover Dam and the West Rim of the canyon before landing near the South Rim. From there a coach took us through the National Park to two South Rim locations which each had numerous lookout spots. It's a waste of time try...

Day 12 - Part 2: Gondolas and Graceland. UPDATED! While I was out putting the pedal to the metal, Nic and Josh took in some alternate sites of Vegas. I'm told the Venetian was a highlight, where they took a Gondola ride. They also paid a visit to the Mirage, where Josh came face to face with all kinds of live wildlife kept in the casino - lions, tigers, leopards to name but a few. Of course no trip to Vegas would be complete without some shopping on the side....

Day 12 - Part 1: Fast Cars in Vegas! In the morning, the Burrens went their separate ways to take in Vegas. I went on my super car driving tour, while Nic and Josh went shopping and took in some sights. When the next credit card bill comes in, I'll tell you which was the more expensive. Day 11: Viva Las Vegas! Arrived today in Vegas. Weather, as it has been all holiday, picture perfect. Very happy with our accommodation - we're staying on the 17th floor of Tower 2 at the Signature at MGM. Unfortunately Tower 3 obstructs us from seeing the major sights of the strip from our room, but the view is impressive regardless.
