Well this isn’t quite the start to our holiday that we envisaged. We are currently sitting on the plane, on the tarmac at Heathrow. We were told that there would be a half hour delay (now passed) and no sign of anything happening. Except a child crying two rows in front. Oh joy! To cap it all the screens have all gone blank so we can’t even watch a film to pass the time. (Update: the screens are back!) We could be some time I fear! In the end we took ...

So here we are! Lunched, watered (or wined) and trying to waste some time before the taxi arrives to take us to the airport! Then off on a new adventure. Watch this space for updates!
