Answering the questions on our set up:

20ft Bushtracker Caravan, it's a full off road, self-contained caravan. 2 solar panels on the van roof, all the electric's are 12 volt, excluding the ac/heater on the roof and "George" our coffee machine. We have a generator to run them and a portable induction stove we added to the van. Combined toilet/shower (gas). Fresh water tanks and a grey water tank.

Bunks at one end, queen size bed the other (with large storage underneath). Kitchen down one side with the meals area opposite.

In the car we have our engel fridge with a solar panel mounted on the roof racks to keep the battery topped up when not on the road.

We are trying to travel light, so no bikes, kayaks or stand-up paddle boards this trip .
