24th May 2016 We bid farewell to El Questro with one last swim in Zebedee Springs. Moving camps and re stocking up on fresh supplies, we keep running into those people we have recently met. That's the cycle, camp a few days, undertake the some of the touristy activities and meet some great people, then we are off again and wonder who we will run into again. 18th May 2016 Our body clocks have become adjusted to waking at around 5/5.30am, at around sunrise. It's lovely getting outside and having some time before the heat really kicks in. 13th May 2016 We decided to bid farewell to Cable Beach and drive onto Derby and start the Gibb the following day. We had one last wonder down Cable Beach. It's such a lovely beach and cliff setting, unfortunately this is probably the last beach we will have this trip, it's going to be croc infested rivers and red dirt from now on! Tuesday 10th May 2016 We arrived at Gantheaume Point at 6.30am, it's 15 minutes off low tide. We climb down the rocky cliff and search for the fossilised Theropod Dinosaur footprints. They weren't too hard to find with the aid of the map. Some of the footprints were very clear and showed a distinct walk. We hook the van back up and head off North towards Cape Leveque. Thursday 5th May 2016 We say farewell this morning to Red Dog, Dampier & Karratha. A short drive sees us in Port Sampson. Port Sampson has a marine sanctuary along one part of its coast line, it then wraps around the rocks into a small man made marina. 400 meters of shore, just off the entrance to the marina is a ship wreck.
