I see that you are still having fun travelling. Although US and Canada are almost mundane compare to your other exotic destinations.

PS: if you think Cali is late, well, I'll take the trophy home - but i hoped you had a very enjoyable birthday.

Still enjoying yourself I see. I am really envious as life here is 'same old; same old'. I'm enjoying your picture tho......
Take care and enjoy the sun (not much of it here!)

Hola
Como-estas? Hablas espagnol muy bien? Bailar el Tango? Comer la carne Argentina y bebir el vino tinto?
I promise I can speak it much better. Are you enjoying your language classes. We stayed wtih families to ensure we had MAX time to learn!
BA is a fab city don't you think? We really enjoyed it especially after being in rural South America.
So how are you getting across the continent to Lima - by boat? Good luck with the bugs - they bite through EVERYTHING...including 80% deet and clothes! You will look like a pin-cushion once you come out of the jungle. I'm just jealous as that is a trip I would love to do. Enjoy the pink dolphins...... and make sure you catch and eat a pirhana!
take care and travel safely

Hey Mike!
So enjoyed reading your NZ trip. You did plenty of what we did - lucky us, had more time!!!! We also thouroughly enjoyed the Waitomo caves - quite awsome. I could really relate to your single-track purpose built ride at Rotorua - we spent a day riding those trails too! Please remind us.,....we have a VERY funny story to tell you about the owner of 'Planet Bikes'.....! His wife would have loved to know that you knew us.......!
I wanted us to do the Tongoraro crossing as I did it last time in NZ and had conditions similar to yours it sounds. We were spoiling ourselves with a night in the Chateau Tongararo...ooohhh! Lucky us. The next night we slumed it in the campervan again! At least we had some good skiing while we were there!
It is a great pity that you didn't get further south on the S Island. But as you say - a trip for next time. IT is really amazing and we could have spent much more time just playing!
We hope that you are really enjoying your trip. Great to read your trips, especially when it is about places we have also been to!
Missing you heaps now that we are back - in some ways it's great to be back, but in other's we miss the care-free, selfish life of travelling!
Continue your great adventures.
Us!
Marcus
Hey Mike,
Just like Rob I have come back from Orlando too and err just come back from Zurich on business also. I must say that I enjoy reading about your travels so please keep it up. However, the user interface for us viewers is pretty dire from STA Travel, in as much as we can't tell from the right hand navigator, on what dates you have been to which places. Is there any chance you could put the entry date next to the title so for example "SINGAPORE 10/12/07". Just a thought cause it IS confusing...
Enjoy...
PS Anu sounds really happy about her "move". I wish her all the best.
Rob
Hey mike,
hope you are having a fab time back in oz. Just got back from orlando which was cool but hard work and also doing some trips to zurich which is cool. Claire has just got back from thailand which she enjoyed immensely and junie is off to india in march to see j and chill out in Goa so its all go.
take care and remember to chill out now and again ;-)
cheers

Mike babe! how are you? Enjoying the fab weather and missing the snow by the sounds of it!
Well I left the big blue and have never been more happier, didn't realise how much a job can bring a person down!
I'm currently on contract for 3 months in none other than Amsterdam :-D the eye candy here is pretty darn good and it's finally good to be underworked, overpaid and stress free!
I'm moving to the southern hemisphere in May and will be free in April and was thinking of taking a week off to go somewhere, I've lost you trip plan but just wanted to know where you'll be...! see if I can't be tempted to come visit you!
enjoy x.
